Warranty Terms

Performance Warranty

Performance warranty is a guarantee that the building element will still work for the given timeframe regardless of its external appearance. This still requires the property owner to undertake regular maintenance/repairs (such as replacing seals, etc.) at their own expense.
10 years Performance Warranty: All shower glass, Vanity Basin，Toilet Pan.
5 years Performance Warranty: Shower Tray, Shower Liner and Vanity.
2 years Performance Warranty: Toilet Seat, Shower Roller, Seals, Hoses.

Manufacturer Replacement Warranty

All our product is covered by 1 Year Manufacturer Replacement Warranty.
The warranty only covers a manufacturer defect.
It is the customers' responsibility to ensure that the items are installed by a licensed/professional.
Repairs and repairers must be authorised by TW TRADING LTD otherwise their repair costs not be covered by warranty.
The purchaser must keep the original invoice as proof of purchase.
Return and Exchange Policy

Customers can return or exchange goods for a refund within 7 days after the sale date.

All postage costs including any return postage fees are to be paid by the customer.
Items returned will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Customers must contact us prior to shipping the goods back.
All items will be thoroughly checked upon receipt.
All items to be return or exchange must always be kept in the original package in original condition.

Hamilton Lennox Bathroom reserves the right to reject any refund at its own discretion
